BOWLER HATS IN CAPESTANG The French team started the season with its first international match against the English team from Market Rasen, located in the north-east of England. This meeting where the keynote was conviviality once again highlighted the fact that these gentlemen farmers were very adaptable: Rough and proud on the grass, friendly and cheerful over a drink. Even if we didn’t speak the same language, we exchanged a lot of things : shorts, shirts, local wines and, above all, the promise to play the return match. Many thanks to all, the participants and to David Kent in particular. |
